Moving along

I have been trimming off the edges of  my 1.5 " HST squares and have a pretty little pile of trimmings:


All my squares are tidied up and in my box ready to put together.  I have 37 blocks complete.  19 more to go.  Here is a picture of four completed blocks:


The squares finish at 1 inch which makes the blocks finish at 5 inches. I have a bit more information on my blog if you would like to know more.  Thanks for reading!

    Very nice Judy! I'm thinking the birds may like that plate of fabric trimmings for their nest trimming :)

    Lovely blocks. I love half square triangles and you're doing a great job of putting them together. Mine would be 5" on one side and 6" on the other, I'm afraid. Lane

    I thought I'd jumped to the wrong page and that I was on a pasta food site! Just don't think that plate of trimmings would taste too good tho'!! The blocks are looking great Judy - such tiny pieces!
